do you have any tips for someone who tends to overreact when someone’s tone over text feels off but they’re actually fine it’s just that they aren’t reacting the way you assumed they would or expected they might? Like I try to predict peoples texts and if they don’t say something similar to my prediction (especially if it’s my fp) I will spiral and spilt on them and idk where to start on working on thisoriginal ↗

I just want you to know how much your posts have helped / are helping me. I might not share the diagnosis and yet so many of the things you write reflect my experience to the point that i am sometimes just processing for a minute before i can go on.
