do you have any tips for someone who tends to overreact when someone’s tone over text feels off but they’re actually fine it’s just that they aren’t reacting the way you assumed they would or expected they might? Like I try to predict peoples texts and if they don’t say something similar to my prediction (especially if it’s my fp) I will spiral and spilt on them and idk where to start on working on this
