Hi!! (sorry to bother you) I was wondering if you knew of any texts that mention Hades using violets to lure Persephone, since I came across a passage listing flowers that reads: «ἰωνιάδας τε χαμηλὰς ὀρφνοτέρας, ἃς στύξε μετ’ ἄνθεσι Περσεφόνεια» «… and low-growing violets, dark, and abhorred of Persephone» (Nicander fr. 74. 60-1; translated by A.S.F. Gow and A.F. Scholfield on the Internet Archive, page 154), and I wondered if this might be attested anywhere else?
