Howdy doody I was reading lesson seven, and it brought something back up I’ve been thinking about for a while now. You mention orcs specifically as an example. A while back I went on a little trip, and took a book from my childhood with me to read on the train. Magic, mayhem, “demons” (pokemons), and little white boy that saves the world from big bad orcs. How do you tell if an author is using orcs, or using orcs to…gah I don’t know how to phrase it. Make digs at Black folk? Villainise them! Tha
