Hello Mr. Badge, I’ve got two questions of the supertaster variety. I can’t for the life of me recall if you do or don’t drink alcohol, so please excuse me if this causes any offense. I’ve sat through a few wine tastings of DOC quality Italian wines, red and white, and yet all I taste is acid (in the case of white wine, stomach acid specifically). I would’ve thought my companions were lying about all the notes of things they could taste if it weren’t for the fact I could SMELL all of it! Wine
