Another update! I finished the silk stitch very quickly, I was surprised by how fast it is in filling up large spaces! Loved working on that! I moved on to the long-and-short stitch directly below it (as seen on the example below my hoop). Only the instructions were a bit… incorrect when compared to the end result in the pictures in the booklet, so I looked it up online instead. I found out it’s a stitch often used for color gradients! So I chose to tweak the pattern a bit and started a color
