Hi! I have the same knitting machine model with similar problems! I went to look in your blog, do you still have access to a 3D printer? There are models out there for new needles and such. I ended up printing my own tensioner when I got mine from a thrift store, and a bunch of silicone grease on the needle hill(?) helped things considerably I’ve followed you for years, so at the very least you have solidarity!
