I just wanted to say thank you so much, I don’t think I have bpd myself but I definitely have trauma, and even as an outsider your posts have helped me understand boundaries and communication so much better! And they’ve also been very helpful in understanding my loved ones with bpd. Thank you so much for all your work, it really makes a difference ❤️❤️
