I had the idea to do a disability/accessibility-themed party for my birthday where I do Disability History trivia, go over the ways I’ve accommodated myself on my best and worst kinds of days, and invite others to explain ways they accommodate themselves as a fun way to share ideas and make disability little less scary and a little more rooted in reality.
